Heart disease is very common. It occurs both in man and woman, young and old. It can lead to death. Heart disease is caused as a result of the narrowing of arteries that supply the heart with blood. Heart disease is a very big term that covers a variety of cardiovascular (heart) conditions, which include coronary artery disease, blood vessel disease, heart attack and so many others.

Recently, some evidence have shown and suggest that moderate-intensity activities, including brick walking, regular exercise can reduce the risk to heart diseases. Exercising regularly can significantly decrease stress level in your body. Also regular exercise can reduce the risk of developing poor conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.


Eating of good healthy diet can boost your body and save your life from cardiovascular diseases. Foods that are low in unhealthy fat and cholesterol, (trans-fat and saturated) should be eliminated. Trans-fats are the most harmful type of fat ever in history and it has a very bad side effect. The rate of consuming processed food, can food, red meat, fried food, smoked food, palm oil and margarine should be reduced if you want to live a healthy life. The best thing you can do is to take a lot of fruits.

Do you love smoking or taking tobacco? Then you are calling heart diseases which may lead to death. If you do not smoke or take tobacco, congrats! You are good to go! If you are still smoking and using tobacco, try and put an effort to quit it. Why? They are very dangerous to your health Cigarette is made up of Tobacco which contained some harmful chemicals. Finally, Be free from all second-hand. Note that tobacco or smoke contains nicotine which is full of carbon monoxide (CO). When you inhale it, it replaces oxygen in the blood stream. This may lead to abnormal functioning of blood pressure.
